Full Computerized Mineral Bottled Drinking water Filling Line
(one) Automated Pure H2o Bottling Equipment: Washing-filling-capping 3 in 1 machine, lamp inspection, label shrinking device, inkjet printer, very hot shrink movie packer and conveyors. It is a full computerized generation line.
(two)The bottling device is employed in the pure h2o filling functions. The a few features of bottle clean, fill and seal are composed in 1 human body of the device. The entire procedure is automatic.
(3)The bottling equipment is used in filling mineral drinking water and purified drinking water in bottles made of polyester and plastics. The machine can also be used in drinking water bottling, if currently being put in with temperature controlling unit. The take care of of the device can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the equipment to fill various varieties of bottles.
(4)The filling procedure is more rapidly and far more secure since the micro strain filling operation of the new kind is adopted. There the output and advantage of the equipment is increased than the machinery of the same specifications.
(5)The advanced Siemens programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the device to run immediately while a transducer is employed in the bottle -entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the functions of moving bottle CZPT steadily and reliably.
